4th of July

The Fourth of July it rained all day.  We brought BM these flowers since she was stuck inside.  She kept saying that she wanted BBQ so later in the day we brought her my Dad's homemade steak and corn on the cob from the grill and potato salad and some other things.  She loved it! 

 

During the day Anayah had a lot of hospital type visitors.  She had her hearing test and the lady said she did extremely well. She said that usually for C-Section babies they have to come back the next day and redo the test but she passed with flying colors!  Then the lady came who does the photography.  She was so awesome!  She had 15 babies to photograph at that hospital and then she had to go to another hospital to photograph more babies.  Even though she had to get going she stayed and waited for Daddy to get back from grabbing lunch.  She took some amazing pictures and even let us get in there with our camera and take as many as we wanted.  She was so cool!  She told us her story about how she was adopted and couldn't wait to hear more about ours.  We got some really cute pictures of her and our new family! 

 

The photographer had just said that it's nearly impossible to get a picture of them with their eyes open and she opened her eyes!

Later that evening we got these pictures of her yawning!  That's Daddy's favorite because she yawns so hard and her tiny face scrunches up!
