Mexican Food

Tonight I am going to attempt to put two of my favorite recipes into one dish!!! We'll see how it turns out! I'm making Cafe Rio Pork and smothering it with macayos' baja enchilada sauce!!! YUUUUMMMMM!!! It'll either be AMAZING or just terrible! I'm hoping it's amazing. I just finished the pork and it's yummier then ever! So there's hope! Anyway, wish me luck and I'll let you know how it all turns out!
