ARK (Act of Random Kindness)

Earlier today I was driving down Buffalo to Charleston and up Charleston to Ft. Apache. There are so many places on that path that Joe and I looked at to rent and one place where we almost bought and I was thinking, I don't think it was an accident or coincidence that Joe and I ended up in this ward. We love the people so much and are so blessed to have them in our lives. We have met so many people who have changed our lives and influenced us in so many wonderful ways.
Just a few minutes ago there was a knock at the door. I heard someone run down the stairs. When we opened the door this is what we saw. Joe just held me and cried. The kindness this ward has for its members is just amazing. We have felt their love so strong, especially in our time of trials. I have never been in a ward where its members have pulled together to help so many people and always without a single word of complaint. I thank God for where life has taken us and I thank whoever it was who left this for us. I hope this act of kindness blesses your life the way it has blessed ours. I just wish I knew who it was so I can properly say thank you. We love you and appreciate your thoughts and prayers on our behalf.
